Hilton Honors currently runs a promotion where members can earn 2K bonus points per stay. Although, it’s not the most interesting promotion of Hilton Honors out there, it can be worth signing up to get the 2K bonus points per stay.
Hilton Honors Points Unlimited Promotion
The Hilton Honors Points Unlimited Promotions runs on stays from January 15 until April 30, 2026. There are some things you need to take into account. First of all, you need to be registered for this promotion in order to get the bonus points. This can be easily done here.
Any booking made prior to registration will be eligible to earn bonus points. Even awards stays are edible to earn the bonus points. Be aware that you only earn points on bookings made through the Hilton Honors website or app. Bookings made through third parties are excluded from earning points. There is no limit on the amount of bonus points you could earn.
Benefits with American Express Platinum
Being an American Express Platinum member definitely benefits you during your Hilton stay. There is a possibility to convert membership rewards points into Hilton Honors points. Although this is not the most lucrative option, it can benefit you if you focus only on earning Hilton Honors points.
Being an American Express Platinum member will also benefit you when it comes to Hilton Honors elitestatus. With your American Express Platinum status, you can request Hilton Honors Gold status if you haven’t done so. This will bring along benefits like free breakfast, lounge access and even more bonus points.

Bottom Line
2K bonus points per stay is a nice bonus on top of the points you already earn, especially when being a Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member. Although, I’d prefer to earn double points instead of an extra 2K bonus points. This makes this promotion to be interesting for the cheaper stays out there.
Hilton Honors has done a good job over the past few years when it comes to promotions. I consider them to be better than most other hotels programs. Although this promotion is not one of the best ones, let’s hope the next one will be double points again.
